Business Development Executive (BDE)
Nature of Employment
On rolls of the Bank
Number of Vacancies
Vacancies: 100 plus
Key Responsibilities
• To acquire new Bank customers and pursue new business relationships
• To fulfil KYC norms
• To reach out to High Net-worth individuals
• To increase the customer base by developing business relationship with current customers
Key Skills
• Presentable, Good communication skills,
• Good interpersonal skill,
• High sales orientation for achieving numbers,
• Proactive and creative, ability to work under pressure
Conveyance Requirement
Candidates should have a valid Driver’s License and a two wheeler
Salary & Incentives
CTC –Rs. 1.80. LPA
Incentive: one can earn a maximum incentives upto Rs. 7,20,000/-pa. (Rs. 60,000/-p.m.) Work Experience
Candidate having experience in BFSI sectors will be preferred. Candidates from other service industries like Hotel, Pharma, IT etc. having flair for sales are welcome to apply.

Graduate in any discipline
Age Criteria
Upto 26 Years (Freshers): While experienced candidate upto the age of 28 years can apply along with relevant work experience documents.
